Wanna try Polyphasic Sleep to get more out of your day by skipping the night? The "Everyman" schedule is the simplest. It allows for one three-hour period of sleep, supplemented with three 20-minute naps throughout the day -- effectively cutting eight hours of sleep to around four hours total. The author of this piece tried the "Uberman" schedule. With this schedule, no large chunks of sleep are allowed -- only 20-minute naps. Days are broken down into four-hour periods.
